Quick Salsa

I found this in one of my e-mail inboxes a little while back. It's very simple to assemble and looks relatively tasty.

Put-it-on-Everything Salsa

Serves 2

4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 scallions, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, scallions, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
